We will review your application and get back to you within 72 business hours. If your application is accepted, payment will be due immediately. We will reserve your spot for 7 days. If payment is not received by the end of this period your spot will be relinquished to the next person in line. You will be able to pay via ACH, Credit Card, Paypal or Apple Pay.
While we are not offering payment plans, you are able to pay via PayPal Credit (if you are approved) which will allow you to pay over the course of 6 months.
If you plan on using this method, please sign up ASAP to ensure it is ready in time if you application is accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend the event for any reason after paying, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel prior to March 1st, you will receive a full refund (minus processing fees)
After March 1st, $250 of your payment will become non-refundable.
In the unlikely situation of an event cancelation, you will be refunded the full amount.
